Sunday School Classes
We want our children to grow in their discipleship. The eight attributes we try to teach and engage our children in are:
1. Bible engagement
2. Obeying God
3. Serving God and others
4. Sharing Christ
5. Exercising Faith
6. Seeking God
7. Building relationships
8. Living unashamed
Pre K and Kindergarten
This is a pivotal age in a young child's life as they are starting to understand and learn who God is and what faith is. We want them to know that God is their heavenly father who loves them, cares for them, and protects them. We want them to learn about God's unconditional love now, so that as they get older and start to face trials, they can lean in on this.
1st and 2nd Grade
Sunday School is a place for spiritual transformation. People connect to one another relationally in groups. Praying together, serving together, learning to gather and giving alms are common practices of growing disciples.
Elementary School
We teach Sunday School to Glorify God, We help the children grow spiritually and support them to have self confidence to about their beliefs.
Middle School
We teach Sunday School because it brings us immense joy because it allows us to share our faith and positively impact the lives of children. Watching them grow in their understanding and love for God is incredibly rewarding. We love seeing their eyes light up when they grasp a new concept or story, and their enthusiasm for learning inspires us. It's a privilege to create a nurturing environment where they feel safe to ask questions and explore their belief.
High School
Teenagers go through so much, and we get the honor and blessing of being a part or their community. We get to teach them, not just through words but also actions and God's love. We are not meant to do this life alone, and we get to create a safe place for them, where they can learn and grow in their faith.
We serve because the Lord is very sweet and gracious to us and we want to glorify His holy name and to let everyone know Him and experience His infinite love and kindness.
