Bringing the Congregation closer together through a meal.
The Kitchen ministry is more than just a meal. They help to bring the congregation closer together through conversations and engagement. They also have a canteen that sells items to help the congregation prepare meals at home that they are familiar with.

"One of the most important reasons for having a canteen in the church is to serve the congregation, provide them some of the products needed to make Egyptian food that are not available in American stores. And to support the Sunday School in some of their activities. In the end the motive, for any service in the church should be love, concern for every person to meet their needs, and care for one another. A cup of cold water will not be wasted in its reward."

"For me, the kitchen service is very important for many reasons. The gathering after the liturgy to eat together and meet each other, since our church called Agape this word means love. It's great to have social time together, we talk to each other sharing our experiences together, check on one another, and learn from each other.
While the adults have their time together, the kids have their time together having fun and playing together. I believe that our busy life style and the amount of work we do during the week make us wait for the Sunday morning to go to church worship the Lord and spend time with our friends. Our goal is to keep the love and strong relationships between the families and our kids to grow up together in the church as brothers and sisters to each other"
